Hi,

Today I’ll be sharing with you a poem I came up with earlier this week, but first I have an announcement to make.

Usually I make 2 blog posts a week, but I have decided that just for the summer, I will only make 1 blog post a week.

I know what you’re thinking, “No! You can’t do this!”

Well, I think I’ll leave it to my poem to smooth things over……

Stars are Lonely

I could say you’re like a star,

with planets caught in your gravity.

But stars are lonely and cold,

so I’ll say you’re like the sun,

shining your light down on the earth.

But the sun is a star as well,

so perhaps I’ll just…..perhaps I’ll say…….

you’re just you.
