Hi,

In the middle of the night I was struck with a poem that I just HAD to write down.

This is the result.

Stay with me Little Child

Wide open eyes looking at the world,

seeing what only those who have not seen before can see.

First smile,

first laugh,

first spoken word,

first footfall…..

….shall all too soon give way to first quarrel,

first sorrow,

first love,

first goodbye……….

But let us save tomorrow for another day?

Let us hang onto today?

For today is all we’ve got.
