Today is the last day before April Fool’s and although I guess I should have a funny poem, that’s not what I have for you here today.

Crying in the Storm

Crying in the storm,

so nobody knows,

nobody knows how powerless you are.

Crying in the storm,

so nobody knows,

nobody knows how scared you are.

Crying in the storm,

screaming in the rain,

choosing not to run away.

The storm has passed,

the sun is breaking through the clouds.
