Hi,
Today I’m going to be showing you a poem I wrote that I think is interesting because it asks the question, Why does the Willow Weep?
I hope you enjoy this poem.
Weeping Willow
Willow by the River, the
Everflowing River. O Willow, why do you Weep?
Everweeping Willow, why do you Weep? “I Weep for the
Peace between the War and the War between the Peace.
I Weep for the Lost, I Weep for the Found, I Weep for the
Never Remembered Ones. I Weep for the Ones that shan’t
Go on. I
Weep for the Rainbows that turned black.
I Weep for the Dreams that were shattered, I Weep for the
Lost Hopes. I Weep for all the
Little Girls and Boys that don’t have a home.
Oh, oh, oh, I Weep for the world.
